This website is operated by 마그리띠 (magritti), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. By accessing or using www.magritti.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms may be updated, the current version is always posted here with its date, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Use of the site

You may browse the site, read what is published on it and write to the studio using the details provided. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, use the site to transmit harmful or malicious material, harvest information from it by automated means, or interfere with its operation. Access may be withdrawn where misuse is suspected.

Intellectual property

All material on this site, including writing, photography, illustration, design, layout and the Magritti name and logo, belongs to 마그리띠 (magritti) and SeongTe Park unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or reuse any of it without written permission. Quotation for review, criticism or reporting is permitted where the source is credited.

Third-party works discussed in the written pieces, including paintings, books and photographs, belong to their respective rights holders and are referred to under fair dealing. If you hold rights in material published here and believe it has been used without permission, write to contact@magritti.com with details of the work and where it appears. The claim will be reviewed and the material removed if it is made out.

Enquiries and submissions

The studio accepts enquiries about projects and collaborations through the contact page. Nothing on this site is an offer to enter into a contract. Any commissioned work would be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines and payment, agreed before work begins. The studio may decline any enquiry.

Unsolicited creative submissions are not accepted, including portfolios, artwork, writing, proposals or ideas for products or campaigns. Material sent regardless will not be treated as confidential and will not be returned. The studio is often already working on ideas that resemble those it receives, and receiving your material places it under no obligation to set that work aside. Any rights you hold in your own work remain yours.

Products

Some products shown on this site are presented ahead of release and are not available to buy. Where products are offered for sale, the terms of purchase, delivery and return are set out in Delivery & Returns.

Liability

The site is provided as it is and as available. No warranty is given that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will be available at any particular time. Content, including product availability and pricing, may change without notice.

So far as the law allows, 마그리띠 (magritti) is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, for interruptions caused by hosting or other third-party services, or for decisions taken on the basis of what is published here. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

This site links to external sites and uses services run by others. The studio has no control over their content, availability or data practices and is not responsible for them. Use them at your own discretion.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Delivery & Returns, form the whole agreement between you and the studio regarding use of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law where you live.
