These terms apply to products bought through www.magritti.com. Some products shown on the site are presented ahead of release and are not yet available to buy.

Destinations and delivery

The studio ships to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Korea. Orders are processed within three to five business days, and delivery times after dispatch vary by destination and by customs, which the studio does not control. A tracking number is emailed once an order is on its way, and all shipments are tracked.

Check your delivery address before you complete an order. The studio is not liable for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, write to contact@magritti.com straight away, as addresses can be changed until the order ships.

Cancelling an order

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Write to contact@magritti.com within that period.

Return the goods within 14 days of cancelling. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. A refund covering the price of the goods and standard outbound delivery follows within 14 days of the goods arriving back, or of proof of return being provided. Goods should come back unused and fit to be sold again, and a deduction may be made where handling beyond what was needed to examine them has reduced their value.

Consumers elsewhere may hold equivalent rights under their own law, and nothing here limits those rights.

Faulty items and refunds

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, write to contact@magritti.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph. A replacement or a full refund including return postage will be arranged. Your statutory rights over faulty goods stand regardless of anything in this policy.

Refunds go back to the payment method used. How long they take to appear depends on your payment provider.
